Tōku Whānau!

Tena koutou katoa!

   Ko _____ tōku māmā
      Ko _____ tōku tuakana

       Ko tenei tōku whānau! 

        No reira kia ora koutou!

You use tōku when referring to whanau you DO NOT have seniority over and tāku with family members you DO have seniority over. For example:

tōku - Grandparents, parents, siblings and first cousins
tāku - your children, niece/nephew and grandchildren.
